Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using LinkedIn Insights (also known as "Social Analytics Pro") ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

This Service is provided by ResilientMind LLC (d/b/a ResilientMindAI LLC), a limited liability company ("we," "us," or "our"), operated by Joseph C. McGinty Jr.

Description of Service

LinkedIn Insights is a privacy-first analytics dashboard that helps you understand your LinkedIn performance. The Service:

• Connects to your LinkedIn account via OAuth 2.0
• Fetches your public analytics data directly in your browser
• Processes and displays insights about your LinkedIn activity
• Optionally provides AI-powered recommendations via Anthropic's Claude API
• Stores no data on our servers (everything runs in your browser)

Use License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Service for your personal or business analytics purposes, subject to these Terms.

You May:

• Use the Service to analyze your own LinkedIn analytics
• Access the Service from multiple devices
• Share insights generated by the Service (screenshots, reports, etc.)

You May NOT:

• Use the Service to access other users' LinkedIn data without permission
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate LinkedIn's Terms of Service while using our Service
• Attempt to overwhelm our servers with excessive requests (rate limiting applies)
• Sell, rent, or sublicense access to the Service
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service beyond normal use

LinkedIn Integration

This Service uses LinkedIn's official OAuth 2.0 API to access your data. By using this Service:

• You acknowledge that you're also bound by LinkedIn's User Agreement
• You grant us permission to access your LinkedIn data via the scopes you approve during OAuth
• You can revoke our access at any time via LinkedIn Settings
• We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by LinkedIn Corporation

User Accounts and Authentication

We do not create user accounts. Authentication is handled entirely through LinkedIn's OAuth 2.0 system.

Your Responsibilities:

• Keep your LinkedIn account credentials secure
• Do not share your LinkedIn session with others while using our Service
• Log out and close your browser tab when finished using the Service on shared devices
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your data through our Service

AI-Generated Insights

The Service may provide AI-generated recommendations powered by Anthropic's Claude API.

You acknowledge that AI-generated content may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. We are not responsible for decisions you make based on AI insights.

Disclaimer of Warranties

We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• The results obtained from using the Service will be accurate or reliable
• Any errors in the Service will be corrected
• The Service will meet your specific requirements

Limitation of Liability

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for consequential damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ResilientMind LLC, ResilientMindAI LLC, Joseph C. McGinty Jr., and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney fees) arising from:

• Your use or misuse of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another person or entity
• Your violation of LinkedIn's Terms of Service

Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. The Service may be unavailable due to:

• Scheduled maintenance
• LinkedIn API changes or downtime
• Hosting provider (Netlify) issues
• Third-party service outages (Anthropic Claude API)
• Force majeure events

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time without notice. We will not be liable if the Service is unavailable at any time.

Free Service and Pricing

Pricing Tiers

We reserve the right to modify pricing, add new features, or change plan limits with 30 days notice. Your free dashboard access will always remain free.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its code, design, graphics, and documentation, is owned by ResilientMind LLC / ResilientMindAI LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Data: You retain all rights to your LinkedIn data. We claim no ownership over your data.

Insights and Reports: AI-generated insights provided to you are yours to use, share, or publish as you see fit.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms.

You may terminate your use of the Service at any time by:

• Closing your browser tab
• Revoking our LinkedIn access via LinkedIn Settings

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Since we don't store your data, no data deletion is necessary.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the courts of the United States.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ResilientMind LLC / ResilientMindAI LLC regarding your use of the Service.
